02

As a professional, Sheila believes in applying an eclectic approach while focusing on strengthening the need of the individual or group being serviced. Two tools she found to be effective in assisting others with self-awareness, assessment, change and maintenance include:

  1. The P.I.E.S.S of Life – A holistic approach to assessing how one nurtures their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
  2. The Crystal Goblet – A concept of the need to treat yourself and others with the integrity of how you care for a crystal goblet verses how you care for a paper cup.

03

Sheila believes each new day brings an opportunity for new growth. Believing is the first step. She encourages others to remember a message from Thomas Edison;

“If we did all the things we are capable of doing, we could literally astound ourselves.”

With this in mind, taking the risk for change, may not be such a difficult task. It may exemplify the strength, confidence, and courage of truth that has been inside.
